| This is an over arching strategy for research and enterprise at our University and is placed in a local, national and international context.
The strategy also outlines the plan for five interdisciplinary research institutes.

|Currently the policy makes no specific mention of advancement of equality in research policy at Leeds Metropolitan University. The tables below show split for academic staff profiles between staff with and without disabilities, BME and non-BME, and males and females.|
