The policy describes the University’s procedures for purchasing, including roles and responsibilities, methods of purchase, tender procedures, mandatory requirements and ethical standards and conflicts of interests.

The section on Race Equality (36) should reflect all protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010. Specific mention of the new legislation on procurement and equality should be highlighted - particularly around tendering.
